Objective:

  • Participants race to unearth the most gemstones from their WonderDig Gem Mining Kit within 3 minutes.

Prizes:

How to Participate:

  1. Purchase a Wonderdig Adventure Kit Jumbo Edition

    • You must have a JUMBO EDITION Kit to Participate in the challenge​

  2. Set a Timer for 3 Minutes:

    • You have 3 minutes to dig through the kit and collect as many gems as possible.

  3. Capture the Fun:

    • Record a video from start to finish with your timer in the frame.

  4. Share on Social Media:

    • Post your video or photos on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) using the hashtag #WonderdigGemRush.

    • Tag @Wonderdig in your post to ensure we see it!

  5. Submit Your Entry:​

  6. Participants with the most gemstones unearthed and shared on social media are eligible for the Grand Prize.

  7. Additional prizes will be awarded for the most creative and fun posts, so don’t be afraid to get creative!

Important Dates:

  • ⛏️Challenge Start Date: 8/15/2024

  • ⌛Challenge End Date: 12/10/2024

  • 💸Winners will be announced on 12/15/2024 on our website and social media channels.

Content Rights::

  • By entering the Wonderdig Gem Rush Challenge, participants agree to allow Wonderdig to use their submitted content (videos/photos) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, and website content.

  • Participants retain ownership of their content but grant Wonderdig a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.

Disqualification and Cancellation:

  • Wonderdig reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the rules of the challenge or engaging in any fraudulent behavior.

  • Wonderdig reserves the right to cancel or modify the challenge at any time if circumstances arise beyond its control.

Liability:

  • Wonderdig is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the challenge.

  • Wonderdig is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to submission errors, internet connectivity issues, or website downtime that may affect participation in the challenge.

Disputes:

  • All disputes arising from or related to the Wonderdig Gem Rush Challenge shall be governed by the laws of [Insert State/Region].

  • Any legal claims related to the challenge must be filed within one (1) year of the announcement of the winners.
