Shipping
All items are shipped ground with UPS, unless another mode of faster shipping is chosen at checkout. Non personalized and custom items ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Personalized and custom items require a longer time and depend on the item being ordered. If you need anything to arrive in a specific period of time, please contact us in order to ensure we are able to package and get your order out in the time requested. Faster shipping rates may apply.

 

Returns
Items purchased on wonderdig.com are eligible for return or exchange as long as the customer contacts WonderDig within 3 days of receiving their package. All items must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. A full refund will be given for items returned within 3 days of the customer receiving their purchase via the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and WonderDig does not accept responsibility for any return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to WonderDig.
